"Great staff and location. "

Great hospitality and pleasant staff. It helps that breakfast is served till 10.30am so most guests can rest longer. Rooms are clean and smoke-free. It has a basement linkway to the big mall Citystars so makes everything convenient.

It is a very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful and polite, the rooms are clean, big and ideal for families and the food is really delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel and whenever I’m in Cairo, I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel charged my credit card 10 days before arrival, which was only given as guarantee in case of no show. Upon complaint started blaming hotels.com for the mis communication, etc..
