We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was kind, the room was nice with a private bathroom and towels. It was clean. It's in a nice neighbourhood which is good for families. Metro station Bologna on B line is very close and you can easily reach all the important tourist destinations from there. It's also easy to get to Ciampino airport too by metro and bus. There is also breakfast consisting of coffee (capsule coffee machine, capsules), toast, butter and jam. It's not much but good for starting the day. There is a fridge with mineral water and fruit juice as well. There is a Lidl shop in 7 minutes reach and streetfood restaurants which have long opening hours. We would definitely want to go back if we travel to Rome again and we recommend it.

The room is clean and I nearly on the metro station

The close proximity to the B line metro made it easy to access and easy to travel to the main Rome highlights. The room was clean and tidy. Sheets and towels were changed every 2 days. The owner was immensely helpful! She was quick to respond to any questions, gave a useful insight into travel means and locations( giving bus numbers that would lead back to the hotel and such) and was nice enough to hold our luggage after check out for the few hours we had before our trains back to the airport which allowed us to squeeze in some extra sightseeing before we left. The bathroom had multiple utilities: a shower, sink, toilet and bidet and included soap, shampoo and body wash. While the shower itself was very small it did have wonderful water pressure.

Small shower as mentioned above but this room was Ensuite so a worthwhile trade for me. There was no breakfast being served at the time of our stay (09/2023) so if that’s a dealbreaker for you then be aware. For us there were plenty of cafes and places to grab food nearby so a non issue for us. The locks were also a little stiff to open and close. However overall for the price and locations I consider these to be minimal issues.

Nice staff, cleanliness, comfortable room. The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the bus stop, walking distance to the metro.I did't expect that the toilet with a bath would be outside the room, I think this should be written in the conditions. For 1-2 nights, great place!

Nice place to stay if you want good price/quality. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and perfect to get good rest. I would recommend it. They provided a second pair of keys which was really helpful for us.

There was a lot of water dropping in the floor all night from the a/c. The bathroom sink and shower have drainage issues. It need a little bit of an upgrade.

Private and respecrfull

- bedsheets were dirty and i put my clothing on the bedsheets so i could avoid to come in contact with the bedsheets. I confronted the host the after the second day (Check Out day) cause i had no energy to cancel my stay and all the argumentations..i showed him for example a red spot (blood??) on the pillow and he said sorry and tried to blame the cleaning woman. He did not refused when i Said that the bedsheets were not washed! ( they also smell unwashed) - the whole room.was so uncomfortable, It felt very unhygenic, with old left of guests in the fridge, the furniture was broken cause the bed made noises.the room was a real bad. - in the bathroom it was with hair, dusts and spots. It was so small and warm ahhhh i felt so ungood there too. Furthermore i did not used the towels, cause they did Not smell washed too - the frame of the doors should BE fixes - Ii is big No Go at all but so i paid I guess 120 Euro and this offer was awful. I changed the hotel and was so happy about my decision. - i would never stay again here and I also can't recommend to other people.
