Location. Great pub, great Guinness & great craic.

Stairs, no lift. Not for people who cannot manage stairs.

Rooms are located in a good area that has easy walking access to the major attractions in Dublin. Room was very big when compared to normal European hotel rooms and the private bathroom was very spacious and nice. You do have to walk up numerous steep stairs to get to the room (no elevator) so if you have mobility challenges this is probably not the place for you. Compared to the price of other hotel and airbnbs in Dublin it is good value for your money

Rooms are right over the pub / beer garden but they shut down around 12:30am every night so no issue. The problem was a pub across the street that was very very loud until around 2:00am every morning. No real communication with the property other than on booking.com app. Luckily when we checked in late at night (like 11pm) one of the bar workers saw us standing there with suitcases and got us our keys and tooks us up to our room. No AC (which we knew) but then the window was broken in our room and on the last day there was no hot water.

The location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I don’t want to say I didn’t like it because we knew about them before we stayed. But the stairs are tricky and the noise is loud pub noise. We managed with eye masks that have Bluetooth.

Simple but clean and easy. Great location - although rowdy some nights as part of a busy Irish pub 🇮🇪 Staff very efficient.
