Loved this hostel! It was so clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the additional touches such as free towels and soaps in the showers, something which I have not had before at other hostels. Really recommend.

Incrível, o melhor hostel que fiquei no tour pela Europa. Equipado, novo, limpo e estrutura maravilhosa. Se todos os hostels seguissem esse padrão seria perfeito. Parabéns!

I have booked one Hostel through Agoda at Florence। Hostel name is Hostel7 । When I turned up at the evening from Venice they said that your dormetory bed is booked in female only dorm। How is it possible? Their confirmation mail was in Italian। They show some words in confirmation mail to say that it is in Female dorm। I booked with my passport and filled up Agoda online form as male। This hostel is robbing the tourists। They forfitted my money। I did not find any hotel nearby as it is far off the central place। I had to stay in their 100 euro room paying extra because I can not stay in pavement in foreign country। That room has shared bathroom। They have done this things frequently as is depicted in reviews। I approached service agent of Agoda but they send me payment slip only। It seems that they are hand in glove with this hotel to rob the tourist। Service agent also removed my booking no so that I can not contact Agoda and write reviews। I have wrote in Linkdin to Agoda CEO about this but no response। Non Italian Beware of this hostel named Hostel7 and Agoda will not help you in a foreign country। You will be robbed। This is a tourist trap।

PT-BR ótimo Hostel. Na minha viagem nas outras cidades que visitei na Itália (Milão, Roma, Napoli) fiquei nos da rede Ostello Bello, mas esse não fica devendo pra eles muita coisa. O que podiam melhora é em questão de ter cozinha que pode usar ter fogão. Já na questão do banheiro não ter quarto isso uns podem achar bons outros ruíns, pois banheiro no quarto faz barulho. Mas comparando esse Hostel também tem uma boa localização, com umas 3 linhas de ônibus ligando-o à estação central do Trem Italia/Italo Intercidades.

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL staff and customer service I have ever seen. I wanted to extend my stay for another night but was outside and so I called the hostel. They told me to book through hostelworld (a booking website). It seemed odd that they just didn’t book me themselves but that was fine. I went ahead and booked another night through hostelworld, not knowing they booked me as well. So there was a double booking and I was charged twice, for two beds. Now I don’t know if it was intentional or by mistake but I went to resolve it with them and they acknowledged they made a mistake, but still insisted it was me that booked twice. They told me to ask for a refund through their email and I emailed them several times after leaving Florence, they insist it’s my fault for booking twice after they literally booked me twice and won’t refund me. After that they completely stopped replying to my emails and by that I can only say they stole my money and don’t want to give it back. A very unprofessional business and I believe they booked me twice intentionally to steal my money. DON’T TRUST THIS HOSTEL!!!

La camera ci ha sorpreso, stile unico e originale Vicino al palazzetto Mandela, ottima posizione per partecipare a concerti

Todo excelente, la ubicación está muy bien, de la estación del tren al hotel se hace 10 minutos y el tren solo cuesta 1.60 , el barrio es muy seguro y de clase medio/alta, lo recomiendo mucho
