Worst Hôtel experience ever

First the room was not what I requested and paid for The put me and my family in room without A/C at the highest point of summer at paris then broken shower Then the room was at 8th floor elevator only go to 7th every tome i took my infant on hand and the stroller on the other hand Finally they offered me free breakfast and we got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet food was rotten and they know and they didn’t even do any thing about it

The furniture in the restaurant area needs an upgrade

Comfortable bed, room was big enough for Paris, air conditioning working well, nice bathroom

Wonderful, beautiful hotel! The location was excellent, the interiors were gorgeous! I can't find a single thing to complain about. This had to be the most spacious, beautifully decorated room we've ever stayed in. We had the junior suite with 1 king bed and a pullout for our daughter. The suite had a sliding door between the bedroom and the living room with the sofa bed which was incredibly convenient. The staff was so kind and friendly. My husband and I traveled with our 6 year old and she didn't have her stuffed animal with her to help her sleep at night. After searching nearby streets for something and not finding one, we asked the man at the front desk. He kindly sent someone out to one of their other properties and brought our daughter a stuffed animal for her to keep. They helped us with anything else we needed like arranging a shuttle back to the airport, etc. I highly recommend this hotel!

The branches are served until 1:30 which is convenient.

The quality of staffs are not consistent. The services are not in fully professional manner.
