Victoria Palace Hotel

I have stayed at Victoria Palace Hotel several times. The staff is friendly and goes out of the way to help you. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and quite. The location is great with walking distance to lots of independent shops, Bon Marche, restaurants and the Luxemburg garden.

My wife and myself arrived midnight on Monday and we were greeted by a friendly employee called Patrick, who helped us check in .Throughout our stay he was excellent. Breakfast again was fantastic, there was a young lady ( sorry we didn't catch her name ) who seved us and always had a friendly smile on her face. She was a credit to the hotel. The hotel is near to 2 metro stations ( which are absolutely easy to use ). Uber is possibly an alternative if people don't fancy walking 25 minutes to the main centre. We would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone who are thinking about visiting Paris.

A localização é privilegiada. Tem metrô perto e muita coisa com distâncias pequenas que permitem circular a pé.

Pedi para fazer um ovo frito no café da manhã e me foi dito que eu deveria ter solicitado isso com antecedência e que isso é pago. Viajo muito e sempre peço ovo frito de manhã, feito na hora e sempre fui atendido. Não esperava isso em um hotel desta categoria. É algo muito simples.

The hotel is excellent, very well located, and the service provided by the entire staff truly stands out. A special mention goes to the breakfast team, who were always kind, attentive, and made every morning even more enjoyable

Second time we were at this hotel and we were happy with the room Executive room 418. Petit-dejeurner is good and the service al around fine.Conciergerie polite and eficient. We will go again.

El hotel es muy lindo, te atienden muy bien, y está en una zona hermosa. Ya es la tercera vez que voy y me encanta

No me gusta que no tiene donde guardar la ropa, tiene un pequeño espacio para colgar, y nada más, eso si es muy incómodo, es algo que deberían revisar. Me parece que un hotel de esa categoría y con ese precio no puede no tener eso que es básico Por otro lado, tiene muy mala luz en el baño!
