The position was perfect for visiting Florence, very big rooms Staff very friendly

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero gradevole in questa struttura che si trova all'interno di un palazzo storico, in posizione strategica per i principali siti artistici. La camera è davvero confortevole e silenziosa. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e cortese, la pulizia impeccabile, la colazione ricca e variegata. Nel complesso, una scelta che consigliamo per il rapporto qualità-prezzo offerto.

I know you always hear how friendly and helpful staff are, but in this case we cannot over stress this point. They where fun and beyond helpful. . Room 27 was a suite of huge rooms. There is a view of the Arno from each room and the terrace. It was very quiet. Location was the perfect spot to access attractions on both sides of the river.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Hotel Alessandra! From the wonderful location to the helpful, friendly staff to the delicious breakfasts, we would highly recommend the hotel.

A larger sign would be helpful, especially because the numbers don’t seem to be consistent on either side of the street. We missed the entrance, not just once, but twice. 😊

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent.

We found the beds a little firmer than we like but was ok. There was 2 flights of stairs to get to the elevator and then when we got to the lobby, our room was one flight down. So lots of lugging suitcases.

Det enda vi saknade var ett bredare utbud av bröd till frukosten utöver det vita brödet till brödrostning och croissanter.
