Localização

Hotel antigo, sem elevador, com carpete no corredor, o quarto e muito simples, sem opção de café da manhã. O dia que chegamos o chuveiro não funcionou, água estava geladíssima e com pouco fluxo. Tivemos que dormir sem banho após chegar de viagem

A localização do hotel é bem perto de tudo que precisa, os funcionários foram atenciosos.

O hotel tem 4 lances de escadas e a acessibilidade é zero. Sobre a limpeza quando chegamos estava tudo ok, porém nos dias seguintes não foi trocada a toalha, tivemos que tomar banho com as toalhas úmidas, pois o banheiro não tem janela para secar, também não foi reposto papel higiênico. Tivemos um grande problema com falta de água no quarto, que durou a noite toda e uma parte da manhã, como a recepção não funciona 24 horas, não tinha onde resolver o problema durante a noite.
