Breakfast and people serving it. Location.

It was a disaster to sleep as the noise from the street was coming inside of the room and couldnt sleep until 3 am in the morning every night of my stay. Furnitires to opd and in the bathroom broken.

One very rude receptionist. Dirty old rooms, super loud until 04:00, no hot water , bad WiFi, bad breakfast. There were cockroaches in my room

Staff da 10 e lode. È l'unico vero valore dell'hotel. Posizione anche ottima.

Tutto il resto. Troppo datato. Posizionato vicino a locale pub discoteca che non permette di riposare. Impossibile se avete bambini. Adulti risolvono parzialmente con tappi in cera. Colazione da rivedere.

generally nice helpful staff, nice (dirty) breakfast terrace but the rest was a disaster. I like old hotels' vibe and I liked u guys as people but with this price u get MUCH better places in the centre of naples.

we booked a twin room, got a double bed (the staff said they never got this request, no chance for change). impossible to open a window cause the street is full of bars, but the AC didnt work (nor did the fan), the room was smelly and damaged everywhere u look. no sockets next to yr bed. really old and dusty. in the end they gave 20% off. decide yrself if its worth it.
