the location is superb ... so so convenient .. and best is the staff .. very very friendly and helpful .. eg. with recommendations for restaurants .. my best to Oscar and to Asia ( you made the stay more memorable )

Perfect location, walking distance to all the best spots. Room is nothing like in the web pictures, it was very small room and bathroom, ok for one couple but don’t plan with kids….staff was helpful!

The location was excellent as it was so close to all the top sites. It was easy to come and go and there are LOTS of good places to eat within 5 minutes walking. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions and made helpful suggestions. Certainly a good place to stay in the city!

Just okay, but good for the price. Showers in Italy are all small but this one we almost couldn’t move inside of. Room was clean and area was good for getting to all the attractions. The included breakfast was also just okay. Sits on a very busy road, so not a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Florence if that is what you are looking for.

Location, location, location!!! The main square is right outside the door yet our room was so quiet. So walkable to everything you need to see in Florence. The breakfast every morning was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only recommendation is to update the decor in the rooms a bit, but otherwise the beds were comfy and it was very clean.

This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Florence. You are only a few steps away from the Duomo and I loved the breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely stay again.
