Faltaba un poco de aseo en el baño, no habían indicado que si nos podían guardar las maletas pero al check-out no lo permitieron,

Los colchones eran malísimos, no había aire acondicionado y hacia un calor insoportable, si abrías la ventana se llenaba de mosquitos que te picaban por todo el cuerpo.

Only the location

Considering the high temperatures, there is no fridge in the room, at least for a bottle of water. I couldn't sleep three nights. It was boiling hot in the room. The fan on the sealing was not able to cool down the temperature but also was so noisy to keep it on and able to sleep. The changing noise when the fan was working feels like it was broken and might fall on top of you. There was too much noise outside the room during night time- banging doors, etc I didn't see any staff during my stay. For 3 days, the only cleaning of my room was to empty the bin. No towels changed, and the bed was made once. The mattress was so uncomfortable, and the pillows were the same.
