Top location! A couple of steps from all points of interest and near by town garage. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and tidy. Also quiet despite hotels location. The specific room had no view at all however that would not be a problem for 2-3 days of stay. Beds were amazing. Bathroom also spacious and clean. Breakfast was above average. Personnel at reception and in breakfast room is exceptional! Would definitely stay again.

Slightly overpriced. There is a significantly big staircase from the entrance to the reception. We had no issues but is not suitable for people with kinetic problems. Everything is narrow posing significant risks of entrapment in case of emergency. There are no safety exits. But this is Florence. Almost everything is like this.

Location very nice. Staff very helpful and joyful.

When you order be shure that there are 25 steps to climb. If you have luggage or baggage concider that you should take it without elevator. No way to liqudate reservation without 1st day penalty.

Fotoğraflar ile alakası yoktu. Ayrıca 1 saat otele ulaşmaya çalıştık yol çalışmalarından kaynaklı kapalı bölümler varmış fakat otel bunun bilgisini vermedi bile

"Perfect spot, close to restaurants, easy to access from the station, close to land marks and lovely selection at breakfa"

Perfect location and lovely vibe. I have stayed here twice now and would book again. The staff are so friendly, the room was quiet and the breakfast had a lot of variety. Good coffee.

The water pressure in the shower was a little off and bed a bit firm.
