Wow! What a beautiful hotel and amazing hosts. Mario and Gabriel were welcoming and great at showing us where to go in Florence and teaching us some Florence history. They even offered us coffee and bread even after breakfast hours. The hotel is located in a perfect location, not too far away from anything and away from the noise and chaos tourism brings. Not far from where the ZTL area starts so as a tourist it is beneficial, because we cannot drive in those areas most of the time and need to walk to the hotels with all of our luggage.

Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.

"Goed verblijf voor korte tijd in Florence!"

De locatie was super! Midden in het centrum en toch rustig gelegen. De hosts waren erg vriendelijk en benaderbaar voor vragen. Basisvoorzieningen waren er. Het ontbijt was prima. Een goed verblijf voor een paar dagen in Florence!

Het gebouw was erg oud en dus begrijpelijk dat niet alle voorzieningen super modern zijn. - het bed was voor mij erg hard om te liggen. - de waterdruk was niet sterk, in mijn kamer (3e verdieping) liep de wc niet goed door. - de muren waren erg dun dus je kon andere gasten op de gang horen.

L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel

Chambre et salle de bain trop petite. Trop cher pour la qualité de la chambre. Payé 200e la nuit avec la taxe de séjour, la chambre ne correspondait pas à mes attentes.

"A last minute gem with lovely hosts."

The location was excellent: around the corner from cafes, historical sights and it was comfortable. The hosts were so nice and we were treated to a delicious pineapple juice which was so nice after the flight to get to Florence.

Otel cok eski. Odalar cok kücük, sifon arızalıydı. 1 gece kaldığımız icin cok takılmadık ama uzun kalmak istemezdik. Asansör de olmadığı icin 3.kata bavulları cıkartıp indirmek zor oldu.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, on a tout fait à pied. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.
