Hotel Santa Croce

Location was very good. Loved the bidet. All the staff were very polite and informative.

Bathroom was very small, especially toilet was too close to the shower. Breakfast was very basic and same on both days.

Great location. Very quaint. Exceptionally nice staff.

Rooms are very small. Can be a little loud until about midnight

Hotel très bien situé pour visiter Florence. Personnel sympathique et attentif. Notre chambre de petite superficie était néanmoins bien aménagée.

L'escalier est raide mais dans la vieille ville c'est une chose courante ...

- does not look too tidy from outside but it is clean istead once in and well kept

Room was very small like RV small and showers was almost impossible it was so small. AC was ok at best.

The location is excellent for exploring Florence. The staff is exceptionally attentive and accommodating. The owners are friendly and informative. The fact that the hotel is part of the remains of the Roman amphitheater gives it a great deal of historic charm.

Our first room was very small but still comfortable and charming. We extended our stay and had to move to the annex which was a bit bigger.
