The property is in a very good position, very central and close to Santa Maria Novella station. My room was very clean and quiet despite the hotel is in a very busy part of the centre. The air conditioning was a very nice touch .

The breakfast is a bit poor, but overall for 1 or 2 nights stay this is a very nice solution

La ubicación.

Pagamos unos 170 la noche en un hotel que no lo valía. No solo ocurre en este alojamiento, la ciudad está cada vez menos visitable; se ha convertido en un parque de atracciones de turistas que están dispuestos a pagar cualquier cosa. Nuestra habitación daba detrás de la recepción y las paredes eran de papel. Oíamos absolutamente todo y en más de una ocasión nos costó dormir. Para el precio, el desayuno tampoco tenía mucha variedad. El baño era muy pequeño. Generalmente, los recepcionistas han sido agradables.
