Hotel Viminale

We had the pleasure of spending an evening at the private terrace bar, and it was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip to Rome. The setting alone is breathtaking — open-air, intimate, with the kind of view that makes you remember why you traveled here in the first place. But what made the experience exceptional was José. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome — not just like tourists passing through, but like guests. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot-on, and his warmth added a personal touch that you simply can’t find everywhere.

We came here for a drink and Jose was super attentive and helpful! We ended up going to the rooftop for an aperitif and the experience was amazing. The vibes, the service, and hospitality was a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

This is a great little hotel in a great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet, urban chic. Great breakfast. Simple, clean rooms with modern aesthetic. Terrace. Wish i had more time.

Not really soundproof rooms

The Hotel Viminale was the perfect choice of hotel for our trip to Rome. It was well located, comfortable with excellent and personable staff offering great service. What more could we want! Location-wise it was not far from the main station and the Metro, but actually walkable to most tourist attractions - we don't mind walking and you see more that way. Our room was well-furnished and -equipped, with a comfortable bed. There were a couple of minor issues which we pointed out to staff after our first night and they were resolved immediately. Very comfortable bed. Some traffic noise from outside but can't avoid that in a busy city. There was plenty of choice at breakfast - a minor quibble would be that the hot food could have been warmer but it was still perfectly edible. The hotel staff were all helpful and Valeria was a particular gem. Nice people giving great service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, they want to be a home from home and to ensure that their guests have the best experience in their city.
