Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, clean room although on the smaller side.

We had such an incredible stay and truly cannot say enough good things about the staff. Both Chiara and Chiaretta at the front desk were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The manager also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. A special thank you as well to Lina Maria at breakfast, who was so warm, hospitable, and attentive every morning. Honestly, everyone we interacted with during our stay was amazing, always greeting us with a smile, offering help, and making us feel genuinely cared for. The location was excellent, centrally located while still feeling slightly removed from the busier surrounding streets, which made the stay feel much more comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast was exactly what we were looking for each morning: fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully done. The rooms also felt very modern and impeccably clean, with everything maintained to a high standard. The level of hospitality here is rare and made such a difference in our experience. We left feeling so grateful and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An einem Tag hatte man vergessen die neuen Handtücher bereitzustellen .

The staff were amazing, the hotel was modern and clean and location was short distance from major sites but also quiet at night

Breakfast choices were limited but what was available was good quality

Very well-kept property, a decent walk from the train station, but then also not far from some of the key sites and a great little 'local' neighborhood. And don't forget the amazing church right nearby that it sounds like most tourists completely miss, which is a sad mistake. The hotel itself is nice - rooms are comfortable, with AC, and the breakfast is acceptable unless you insist on meat (no meat). What WAS very nice is they are part of a local group of hotels that offer free "experiences," and they offer them daily, almost all day long. We did two - the street food tour and the tiramisu experience. Both simple one-hour investments with fun and engaging guides and a great little bonus.
