+ The price and cleanliness of the room were excellent. There were tea and coffee sticks, a kettle, a small fridge, two bath towels, and two small soaps. + A 30-minute walk to the Old Town Square. Alternatively, there's a bus stop right outside the guesthouse.

- The room was completely devoid of any utensils. There were only two glass cups, which I was afraid to pour boiling water into. PLEASE provide at least two plates for your guests in their rooms :) - Initially, we were scared by the appearance of the building from the outside (there was some Retro bar on the corner that looked like a run-down tavern), but we didn’t have any noise or problems from this neighborhood during our two nights there.

Pobýval jsem zde s kamarádem z Ghany. Jsem z Prahy, Nusle dobře znám, o to lepší byl zážitek, kdy z pokoje koukáte na Nuselák a zažíváte Nusle jinak, než jako místní. Je to navíc centrum města bez typicky “centrovýho” humbuku, zároveň to máte všude kousek. Personál byl skvělý, pokoje voněly čistotou. Kamarád z Ghany si pochvaloval naprosto vše. Pokud jedete do Prahy na krátký výlet, poměr cena/vykon je prakticky bezkonkurenční.

The location is not great, it took a lot of time to get to the center, there is no shop nearby, it is dark, damp, the area seems to be for homeless people, it smells of dampness, the room smells a lot of chlorine, an old building, the toilet is a shared shower too, the walls are very thin, you can hear everything, it is not a hotel, not a hostel, but you live alone, there are not even slippers to go to the shower or toilet, in general, negative, for this price it is not worth it, if it were 50-80€ for 2 nights, then it would be understandable, but for 200€ and that is with a discount, very expensive, not worth it, I do not recommend
