Prachtig uitzicht! Mooie kamer en goed bed. Ontbijt en desserts waren zeer lekker.

Eten in buffetrestaurant ‘‘s avonds was geen 5 sterren waardig. Prijzen in hotel voor drankjes en voor lunch waren heel prijzig alsook de a la carte restaurants waren heel duur. Weinig animatie. Geen shows ‘‘s avonds.

Casino was mediocre and the lobby smell was too strong

Our experience was fantastic. We were assigned a personal butler for our room. Her name was Alexa and she was wonderful! She made sure we had everything taken care of and was helpful in making dining arrangements. Even had issues with a broken outlet and she had maintenance come us right away. Overall a great resort with nice restaurants and huge breakfast buffet! Would recommend again to our friends. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEXA!

Firstly, there are great aspects of this hotel and I would stay again. I do however think it’s fair to paint the full picture. The amazing: The check in process sign Natalya with welcome glass of fizz The pool / lounger layout Access to the sea - never thought about this but perfect for me as I don’t like sand. The breakfast buffet - wow ! & especially omelettes from the lovely Shiva (best I’ve ever tasted and prepared at your table). Archie had our coffees practically ready for us as we entered the restaurant!! The other guests. Seems to attract all ages and everyone we met was lovely. The location - perfect .. an enjoyable walk to the Old Town (approx 20 mins) and next to the beautiful Bellevue beach , accessible by stairs. The views - just awesome ! Food at the beach restaurant great , but expensive. The not so amazing : Our room wasn’t cleaned properly for the first 3 nights of our stay. The room service via the WhatsApp was a little inconsistent. Sometimes my request would be acknowledged straight away and others took too long. They seem to be short staffed of waiters by the poolside. Don’t get me wrong everyone was working hard but it was difficult to attract attention to order a drink / snack and then often it took an unreasonable amount of time to come. The food in the sea / sun / pool area restaurant was extortionate for a lunch ! It was very nice but from a business perspective they’d have far more people eating from there if they lowered their prices a little. It’s not a ‘destination’ restaurant with outside guests visiting so why not make this restaurant more attractive to guests ? Bedroom configuration was a little disappointing. Felt a little different to photos and bathroom had shower over the bath which didn’t scream premium. Bedding was cheap (sorry) & beds so so … I expected more from the room. Not an issue for us but some guests reported room noise. The room cleanliness issue was brought to the attention of the hotel and they were very apologetic and offered some money off our food and beverages which showed that they care. I genuinely think there are great people at this hotel who do take pride but others (probably only a few ) that do not. Overall a good stay and I do recommended to others . It’s just a shame about some things on these other points.
