I always love coming to the Kimpton. The location is amazing, the restaurants are great, and I especially enjoy happy hour at Area 31. I was also happy to see Ramon Chavez again at valet. I believe that is how his name is spelled. I saw him when I first arrived and a couple of times on my way out, and he was very helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the views are incredible, and the cleanliness of the hotel makes the stay even more worth it. From my room, the noise level was great, and I had no complaints. I will definitely be back again. I love the place, the atmosphere, and the overall experience.

Every thing was great. What made it even better was Hernan & David Gil. The bellman’s Those pleasant welcoming smiles and being very attentive to our needs. They was very helpful. Although this was one of their busiest days. I couldn’t tell because they was still on top of everything.

"Best weekend ever! Book this hotel"

I can honestly say that I truly enjoyed my stay this weekend. From the staff. The location that is close to everything walking distance. The rooms are huge even the balcony. I will definitely return. I enjoyed the Privai spa. Fatima did amazing on my facial. The massage was great. Keneisha front desk is so gentle and so nice with her customer service. Last but not least, leaving the hotel Jean Baptise the valet attendant was so kind, helped me with my baggage upon leaving the hotel. He was so courteous and polite. Thank you Epic. I well definitely be back!

I don’t know exactly what I was expecting but this place goes above and beyond expectations. Friendly staff from the front to my room Hernan was extremely helpful in explaining how everything works and bringing our bags up. 10/10 wouldn’t come anywhere else next time I stay in Miami

Hernan greeted us as soon as we arrived eager to help with a contagious smile and bright bubbly personality. he helped us carry our luggage to our room and assisted us with getting settled in as well as brought multiple things to us, and helped us when our key wasn’t working. the hotel is extremely clean, and the amenities are very nice. the location is perfect we have a beautiful view of the ocean, with a balcony. and the bathroom is gorgeous. by far my favorite part.
