"convenient to our event location, restaurants, and stores. clean, comfortable and great staff!!"

breakfast was wonderful! staff was available all the time, our room key stopped working and they worked long and hard to fix it quickly.

there were some ants in the room but we didnt tell anyone.

Location

It was a very old hotel. Nothing is updated old AC very loud noises. Guest were very loud. in the rooms smelled like wet dog

"Was charged even though couldn't stay because of their system being down!"

Nothing!

The fact that I was charged for their system being down and VERY POOR customer service! I spoke with the manager and she said the employee was rude because she was stressed.
