Personale accogliente e preciso nel dare indicazioni sia sul soggiorno che sulla città, parcheggio nel cortile per le macchine piccole oppure sulla strada o in garage per auto più grandi, compreso nel prezzo. Ci hanno omaggiato di una bottiglia di vino, bottigliette d'acqua per il viaggio e due buoni per bevande. Camera spaziosa, anche se non apprezzo tendone e moquette, ma qui sono ovunque. Pulizia perfetta, colazione varia. Ottimo servizio rispetto al prezzo pagato

Manca l'aria condizionata, per fortuna danno un ventilatore ma di notte il rumore dà un po' fastidio

We loved our room. We had a family room and the set up was so neat! It was my kids' favorite hotel. The breakfast was great. Apparently the basement was built in the 1600's which I thought was pretty cool, and breakfast is served in the basement. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable there. There are 2 parking spots in front of the hotel where you and load and unload your car. Our 9-seater passenger Van wouldn't fit in their parking lot behind the hotel so we had to park in a lot a short distance down the street which was fine and the hotel paid for the parking there. They were always offering drinks. We loved it.

The only bad thing was that the elevator broke and didn't get fixed while we were there. We were on the 5th floor so hauling our luggage all the way up and all the way down was not pleasant. It was pretty rough actually. But that was not their fault and they were trying to get it fixed as fast as they could. We just came at an unfortunate time.

Poziția hotelului aproape de centru. Camera spațioasă. Micul dejun excelent și personalul foarte amabil.

E o glumă încadrarea la 4 stele. Nu există aer condiționat și a fost insuportabil de cald. Noaptea, dacă deschizi geamul din cauza căldurii, nu se poate dormi din cauza zgomotului infernal din stradă. Liftul nefuncțional. Nu mai spun că au lipsit papucii și halatele obligatorii la 4 stele. Mobila veche și tapițeria paturilor pătată. Am stat 3 zile și nu s-a aspirat nici măcar o dată. Au asigurat un singur săpunel micuț tot sejurul, iar micile recipiente cu gel de duș au fost înlocuite cu altele goale. Sincer, e un hotel de 2 stele. I-aș da cu indulgență 3 stele doar pentru micul dejun bun, bogat și variat.

Výborná dostupnosť k hotelu aj do mesta, parkovanie v cene, veľmi chutná strava, pekné čisté ubytovanie, dobrá cena, milý nápomocný personál, veľmi odporúčam

Bardzo miły personel mówiący po angielsku i rosyjsku, dobra lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko, smaczne śniadanie (płatne dodatkowo 12€), bezpłatny parking (nieco dalej i niezadaszony, ale ok), fajne gadżety: np. butelka prosecco i ciasteczka na powitanie, możliwość wypicia drinka za darmo w kawiarni z widokiem na miasto, pamiątkowy magnes i zniżka na kolejne pobyty w tej sieci hotelowej.

Całkowity brak klimatyzacji (przy upałach 35°C), w hotelu jej po prostu nie ma, w ogóle jej nie zainstalowano!!! Niewyobrażalne w 2026 roku. To największa wada, poza tym w hotelu jest głośno, słychać odgłosy z korytarza i zza okna, i podczas naszego pobytu była zepsuta winda (2 piętro). .
