Mamaison All-Suites Spa Hotel Pokrovka

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, stylish and comfortable, the included breakfast was excellent and we were very pleased with the location of the hotel. We felt that this hotel was a very good value. Absolutely no complaints.

We booked a two bedroom suite and were upgraded to a Presidential suite which was perfect, lots of space and most importantly a very comfie bed. The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was of a high standard and again the restaurant staff were really good. The cottage cheese pancakes well worth a try with raspberry jam. A good find.

Отель очень удобно расположен между Бульварым кольцом (до Чистопрудного бульвара - 8 минут пешком) и Садовым кольцом (10 минут пешком - до Курского вокзала). По сочетанию цены и качества - один из лучших отелей в центре Москвы. В отеле работает очень неплохой СПА-центр, посетить который приезжают не только постояльцы отеля, но и постоянные жители Москвы. Примерно половина номеров оборудована собственными мини-кухнями, что очень удобно при длительном пребывании.

Superb hotel spot with convenient walking distance to Red Square. Friendly, professional and polite staff. Comfortable and purely clean rooms, spa/wellness service was much appreacited after all day city walk. Bar and restaurant was just blast! Thank you for such a great and relaxing experience in the heart of Moscow.

The hotel is a 40 minuite walk from Red Square, in a straight line. We recieved a very friendly and welcoming review. Ours was a junior suite and we were impressed with the size of it and the facilities The only downaide was we had the shower as hot as it would go, we would have liked it a degree or too hotter We will stay here again

Excellent hotel. Value for money, perhaps the best in Moscow

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. On day one there was a minor no fault issue. The front office team were very helpful, prompt and proactive in successfully addressing the issue. All in all, a very impressive team and a very well located, comfortable and low stress hotel. I lived in Moscow for several years so I have local knowledge.

The rooms are very nice and well equiped with all you need. The breakfast is okay but could be better. The hotel is very quite located. The only disadvantage is the thickness of the walls. You can hear everything what is going on!!!

Comfortable stay, we enjoyed the steam rooms and the pool area. Lots of nice touches (drinking water in the poolside lounge - not at all a common courtesy in Russia, wine glasses in the room, local eco brand shampoo/conditioner). Service was polite and helpful.
