Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk at Sofitel Macau, where guest can exchange money or store their luggage. Please note that guests cannot modify their names for all non-refundable reservations. Please note that the property does not accept bookings made with a debit card. The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest’s name when checking in. To align with the Government’s initiative to discourage the use of single-use plastics, we are reducing reliance on single-use items such as toothbrushes, combs, loofahs, razors, nail files, shoe brushes, etc. These disposable amenities will no longer be provided unless guests request them. Join our eco-efforts with simple actions such as travelling with reusable items. However, should you require an item, we are pleased to provide it. Simply call the Service Centre and inform staff of your need. Please note that, as per the stipulations of the Macao SAR Government, the property will send the personal data and accommodation information of guests aged 16 and above to the Public Security Police Force. The physical stay permit slip issued upon arriving in Macao should be presented at check-in. Please note that, under Macau Law No. 16/2021, visitors are required to provide the incoming passenger card issued upon clearing immigration. If the card cannot be provided, guests are not allowed to stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
