Provident Doral at the Blue Miami

We loved our stay but that was all due to Rene at Azul at the Blue. He was so sweet to my wife and I, incredible service, great recommendations and great conversation! Give this man a raise, we loved him! Thanks for everything!

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and received a confirmed reservation. Despite this, the hotel cancelled my booking with no valid explanation. Given the timing around the FIFA World Cup, it appears the room was cancelled so it could be re-listed at a higher price. Cancelling confirmed reservations during major events to take advantage of demand is extremely unprofessional. This left me scrambling to find alternative accommodation at short notice and at much higher rates. A confirmed booking should mean exactly that — confirmed. I would not trust this property, especially during busy periods or major events.

Damaylu is a great bar tender and server. She is attentive and shows care for her customers. I had an excellent experience today!

Good food great service from Rene Lacayo for dinner. The steak with chimichurri was really good. It is annoying that they make us do a minimum of 190 characters but Rene was good

We stayed here unexpectedly after our flight was canceled, and honestly it was a lifesaver. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out, which made such a stressful travel situation so much more manageable. The room was also really spacious and comfortable, room service hit the spot, and the jetted tub was an amazing bonus after a long day. Shoutout to Valeria at the front desk ! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and has amazing customer service. We’re genuinely grateful and would absolutely stay here again!

The girls at the front are sweet, but this is unexpected. I arrived early to check in (9:45am), and I understood the room would not be available, but told I would get a text once ready. I came back to the hotel at 4:30 (well past the 3 pm check-in) and have been sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes while others get their rooms, but I am told my room is still not ready. I was told they are completely booked out, yet I see people in front of me getting their rooms. If hotel management knew they were booked out, they should have more housekeeping. This has been a very frustratingrating experience.

Very good service from Jaime and the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, the attention was excellent, professional, and very friendly. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. The atmosphere was pleasant, well organized, and created a great experience overall. Jaime was especially attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist with any request, which made a big difference. The team worked efficiently and with a positive attitude, showing real care for the customers. Overall, the service and environment were outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our visit.
