Emplacement idéal proche des gares et commerces Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité, choix occidental ou japonais

Qualité de l accueil du personnel médiocre exemples : - refus de prendre en charge le renvoi de notre mini pocket wifi (les autres hôtels l’ont fait lors de nos 2 séjours précédents) il s agissait de mettre dans une boîte aux lettres l enveloppe que nous avions préparée - messages contradictoires du staff : la veille on nous dit que ok pour déposer cet enveloppe au front de l’hôtel, au moment du dépôt on nous l a refusé - oubli de changer nos serviettes une journée (sommes restés 4 nuits) - amabilité et sourire à l accueil à améliorer
