It’s a beautiful resort. Its location and facilities make for a relaxing holiday without having to travel far (or at all).

Bit of noise from other visitors.

The rooms was very clean and comfy.

woman in charge of pool security is ridiculous and disrespectful. All weekend she wouldn't let us swim because, according to her, it was raining 10 miles from the hotel. It's disrespectful to pay such an expensive hotel and then be told you can't swim because it's raining 10 miles away. They don't allow alcoholic drinks in the pool, or even bringing in a bottle of water. The front desk staff are very rude and treat people terribly.

It’s in a wonderful location, the room are bright and pleasant, the resident restaurants and amazing.

One thing, my safe wasn’t working in the room.

Suite was well situated, though starting to get tired again. Staff are lovely especially Tony and Hope who are super friendly and always pleased to see us back at NBR. Bed was comfortable enough

Pool area, especially the lap pool and adult pool were disappointing. People drinking in the pool despite staff asking them not to ( It was Memorial Weekend- I saw people in the pool hiding their drinks under the disability hoist cover). The waiting staff were keen enough to take your food order but then didnt move the dirty used plates despite walking past and looking at them. Lady manager walked past but didnt pick up an empty beer can that had blown in the pool. Happy hour menu is limited and certainly the prices didnt make me happy so didnt bother buying. We have been visiting NBR for over 10 years and this is the first time Ive not been delighted.

Wir hatten, als Familie mit zwei Kindern eine Suite mit Blick auf den Hafen. Küche hat alles, was man braucht und die schöne große Terrasse lädt zum Frühstücken ein. Wir waren sehr viel unterwegs, daher kann ich über den Rest nicht viel sagen, sah aber toll aus. Würden wir wieder buchen.
