Hotel nella zona pedonale in spaccanapoli molto comodo per gli spostamenti. Vicinissimo alla metro e al porto

Siamo arrivati e non funzionava l aria condizionata, considerando le temperature molto importanti. La ragazza molto gentile ci ha cambiato stanza. La wifi non funziona per un guasto. Mai ripristinata. Dello staff cosa dire, due receptionist molto carini e gentili, il terzo poco collaborativo e scorbutico

Scale condominiali sporche. Abbiamo pagato 32€ di tassa di soggiorno (eravamo in quattro, avremmo dovuto pagare 24€). Lo staff non è stato molto accogliente durante il check-in e il check-out.
