Good central location, breakfast good with amazing views. Rooms have size and are nice.

No iron for clothing, but staff was friendly to share a steamer which was still nice.

Right outside our front door was the bustling old town of Florence. Everything steps away. Loved this boutique hotel. Beautiful roof top patio and bar, lovely room. everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, even cozy it was decorated in a lovely way.

Can't get a better location than the Hotel Hermitage, right at the root of the Ponte Vecchio. We LOVED the decor and vibe - artsy tropical safari (is that a thing?). So many details they get right (amenities kit in bathroom, slippers, monogrammed dishes, etc). Breakfast is in a delightful room and though simple, worked well for us. you can also order more off a menu. Regret not making a reservation for their upstairs restaurant - it looked wonderful.

Floor in the room was a little dirty unfortunately. And the bathroom was small, but didn't expect more. We were ok using the stairs but if you have a lot of big luggage, know the elevator is tiny.
