"Convenient stay with helpful staff"

The location was very convenient and it was nice to have access to a laundry room. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The bathrooms are outdated and a little moldy.

"Spacious apartment with great location and friendly staff"

Brilliant place to stay, a really big apartment by Japanese standards with plenty of room. It was great to have a washing machine and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great, 10 mins walk from Osaka castle and 5 mins from a subway station.

The kitchen could do with a few more basic utensils and kitchenware and a tea towel to dry dishes but we had enough to get by.

"Worth the money, perfect for travelers that want a good night's sleep and perhaps cook a little."

The beds are nice - mattresses are firm and there are two pillows per person. there was a small kitchenette which was very handy. The unit bath was small, but that is normal. It is on a side street, so quieter than the hotels on the big, Main Street.

I would strongly suggest that you put a small table BETWEEN the twin beds, or on each side of a double bed. It is very inconvenient without one. And to put some kind of reading light above each bed. The overhead light is very bright, and we wanted to read in bed before going to sleep, but there was no light except the big room overhead light.

La camera era enorme e comodissima, comprendeva un cucinino ed una lavatrice. Il letto era comodo, le finestre ben oscurate. All'interno dell'hotel c'erano anche delle asciugatrici (a pagamento) in cui asciugare il proprio bucato.
