Room was pleasant and comfortable . It was difficult to book room I tried two of my Hilton honours account numbers and reset password no credits given on stays. I had to book through booking.com cos Hilton honours is impossible to use and difficult to login

"Nice hotel"

Very clean hotel. Easy access from parking. Lovely pool (would be great with a couple more degrees!)

Bed quilts are very thin and we had to request extra ones. Very slow service at restaurant even at quiet time. Breakfast was just ok. Lukewarm. Morning staff seemed fed up by 9.

"It made my son's birthday wish complete, we can't wait to stay again!"

I booked 1 overnight stay for my son for his 8th Birthday as he always wanted to stay in a hotel in Dublin and order room service (like in home alone). The room had an exceptional view, it was beautiful and there was a birthday surprised set up fot him on arrival. The staff were lovely, polite and considerate. I would highly recommend and we will return again for my birthday in August. Thank you!
