Hotel nuevo y muy cómodo

Everyone was helpful, we really relaxed and enjoyed.

Śniadania bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Jedyne co bym poprawiła to możliwość korzystania z basenu od godz.8.00 a nie 10.00😊

Hotel ma skvelú lokalitu, peši príjemná prechádzka do historického mesta, ale dá sa ísť krásne aj autobusom za pár centov. Raňajky výborne, všade mimoriadne čisto a veľmi milý personál. Večer v hotelovom bare hrala príjemná hudba a servirovali sa dobre drinky. Celkovo veľmi príjemný hotel s dobrou atmosférou, polohou a zariadením.

Jediný problém bol hluk z klimatizácie / šachty, ktorý sme počuli všetky tri noci. Neboli sme sa na to však pýtať na recepcii, čo bola naša chyba. Verím že ak by sme to riešili, určite by to vyriešili.

Our standard room wasn't the quality I was expecting of a 4star hotel, but it was clean and comfortable with blackout curtains and a good shower. Our room overlooked the car park and main road so there was some external noise if the window was open. The hotel is an gentle 30 minute walk downhill to the old town. After a day of walking around the town and its many stairs, the walk back up to the hotel seemed a lot longer (!), so the number 4 bus is very handy as it stops only a few metres from the hotel entrance. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is buffet-style with plenty of choice, more than enough to set you up for the day. The food in the Piano Bar was exxellent - much better than in the restaurant next door that was recomnended to us!! I recommend the Dubrovnik Macaroni. The desserts were a limited selection, but delicious. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would return in future.
