Clean, quiet, excellent helpful staff. Good breakfast

I ate several meals and did not really enjoy them. I’ve also discovered being so close to the metro is not such a good position even though it was handy. I didn’t always feel safe late afternoon/evening

The hotel is very close to the rail station and round the corner from the main shopping street. The room and bed was very comfortable and the roof terrace bar and restaurant was excellent and a welcome shaded area in the midday sun

"The hotel is not accommodating and not safe"

Had a room, ran into family emergency, the hotel refused to accommodate me. Please do not ever stay here. They will not help you. The hotel is by the port, take a 30 dollar ferry to capri, spent, or amalfi. There were homeless people camping outside when I tried to go there and work it out the following day. Do not do it. They will not accommodate you if you run into any emergency or want to make a change. The entire side of the hotel is filled with tents and people sleeping outside. It’s not safe.

Em frente à estação de trem. Ótimo café da manhã. Check in bem rápido. Quarto e banheiro excelentes.

A localização só vale a pena se for pra pegar um trem de manhã cedo.

Excellent facilities, room spacious and staff very very helpful

Not adequately soundproof for its position we were facing the town. City was a disappointment, very dirty, all around, as soon as you stepped out of the hotel door, the area was full of rubbish and the look was very drab.
