Room is nice. Breakfast was very uninspiring and not really a 5 star hotel standard. Location of hotel is ideal.

Staff are not good with English, therefore communication is a problem at times. Staff at breakfast room look gloomy with no smiles, they are obviously not trained to understand that they are the first people who guests will be seeing, that they need to be more welcoming and friendly. Car was booked to pick us up at hotel to go to airport, driver was 15 minutes late. There was a traffic accident he was stuck in but he should have aimed for early arrival by 15 minutes anyway, especially if the trip was to catch a flight. No apologies from reception staff, only explanation.

Excellent location near to the Uffizi museum and Ponte Vecchio bridge numerous restaurants and bars in easy walking distance from the hotel- full buffet breakfast selection with choices to suit all guests. Good selection of drinks in the hotel bar. The concierge service is first rate in arranging museum visits and restaurant reservations.

Ja, als dit niet top is wat blijft er dan nog over om te wensen. Dit hotel maakt alle 5 sterren waar! De ontvangst, de medewerkers, de omgeving, de ligging ik kan zo nog wel even doorgaan. Het kost wat maar je krijgt ook wat, dank je wel
