muy a parte de la ubicación que es inmejorable, lo que más se puede destacar es la limpieza y la atención del personal. La habitación cumple con su funcion, es pequeña, pero el Aire acondicionado está bien regulado, el cambio diario de las toallas fue inesperado pero bien apreciado. El hotel no cuenta con el desayuno, pero el cafe en las mañanas es ilimitado y muy bueno. Guiandome por los comentarios anteriores, tenia expectativas no muy altas, por lo tanto, la sorpresa de un excelente servicio ha sido super grata. Si regreso a Florencia, iré a La Romagna.

There is no minibar or small refrigerator in the room. The bathroom is quite small and has a fixed shower head. In addition, there is a shower curtain instead of a shower enclosure. The hot water takes a little while to come through.

Le rapport qualité prix. Chambre trop petite Un couloir d une largeur de 1 metre correspond a la salle de bain / toilette. Prevenir qu il y a 4 etages sans ascenseur. Le personnel vous monte les bagages heureusement.

I chose this hotel solely because of its location. Florence was a last-minute addition to my trip, and when I started looking for accommodation, this property seemed attractive due to its central location. My expectations were not particularly high, as I only planned to use the room for sleeping. Upon arrival, the reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made the check-in process smooth, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. While I did not expect luxury, I certainly did not expect to struggle just to keep the toilet seat open, nor did I expect a room without even basic items such as tissues. There was also a persistent drain odor coming from the bathroom throughout my stay. The biggest issue, however, was the room’s location. The room is literally inside the breakfast area. At 7:00 AM, guests begin having breakfast right outside your door, and you wake up to the noise of people talking and moving around. I cannot imagine anyone choosing this kind of experience while on vacation. But the worst part was yet to come. Despite having a clearly visible “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on my door, a woman entered my room at 8:49 AM without warning. Because the room is located within the breakfast area, the moment the door opened I found myself face-to-face with people having breakfast and looking directly into my room. It was shocking, embarrassing, and a serious invasion of privacy. At no point was I informed that the room required unrestricted access during the morning hours or that staff might enter despite a “Do Not Disturb” sign. Had this been explained beforehand, I would never have accepted the room.

El personal era amable, atento, nos ayudó mucho y nos recomendaron donde ir.

Depende del piso que te toque, te toca subir unas cuantas escaleras, pero por ponerle alguna pega, honestamente a mi no me molestó ni a mi compañero.
