Alp Pasa Hotel - Special Class

Location was fab in the old town, interior beautiful, breakfast very good and in general the hotel was like a fairytale.

We were upgraded to an topfloor room with balcony and a little seaview. However, the aircondition didn't work properly and the sleep was accordingly. The congierge took our bags upstsirs and back when we left but lot' of stairs to climb and definately not for people with impaired mobility.

No quarto onde me hospedei não havia isolamento acústico. Fui acordado todos os dias, de madrugada, por barulhos de veículos e pessoas.

We were upgraded for bigger rooms but not better. The breakfast has a lot of options and the pool has towels for the guests. The staff is very friendly but sometimes doesn't understand English very well and just smiles and waves to make us happy.

The windows of one of the rooms were directly to the main street and they were not isolated at all. And parties go all night long. The finishes in the room were all terrible. The bathroom was poorly done but it was all functioning and clean which is what is important. The hotel is divided into several small buildings, so you have to go to the street to move from the lobby and pool to the bedrooms. We booked two rooms, one with a double bed and one with twins and got two double beds after the hotel had confirmed the availability of the rooms requested.

Location was amazing

The property itself is undeniably beautiful — the architecture and landscaping are genuinely lovely, and the location is hard to beat. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of what we expected, particularly given the hotel’s positioning as a “Special Class” property. Check-in & Service We arrived at the designated check-in time of 2:00 PM and waited nearly 40 minutes in the courtyard for our room to be ready. During that wait, we were not offered so much as a glass of tea — a basic gesture of hospitality that is standard practice throughout Turkey. When our room was finally ready, staff rushed us through without any meaningful orientation to the property. The Room Bags were carried up, which we appreciated. What we found in the room, however, was deeply disappointing. The bed was extremely hard. For a king-size bed, there was only one fitted sheet — no top sheet. The blanket provided was sized for a twin bed and had been stuffed in the closet; when we retrieved it, we found it was visibly dirty with lipstick from a previous guest — clearly unwashed. There were only two pillows for a two-person bed. Standard hospitality calls for at least two pillows per person. We called that evening to request proper bedding. It never came. At 11:00 PM, we went downstairs ourselves, spoke with the manager, and retrieved linens — which we then had to put on the bed ourselves. This is simply not acceptable at any hotel, let alone one marketing itself as special class. The Bathroom Equally sparse. There was a single hand towel for two guests and no toiletries of any kind — not even the most basic amenities. The only soap available was a wall-mounted dispenser. Nothing else. Breakfast The photos on their website suggest an impressive spread — and it can be — but the reality is chaos. The hotel shares breakfast service with guests from a second property they own nearby, creating a Disneyland-like atmosphere.

Особо ничего, дизайн был нормальный только в одном номере, в остальных просто ужасное качество ремонта, таракан в номере.

Плохое качество Wifi , точно не рекомендую этот отель если вы хотите работать - интернета нет и очень шумно.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr schönes Hotel in der Altstadt von Antalya mit mehreren Innenhöfen. Gepflegt, sauber, reichhaltiges Frühstück und aufmerksames Personal. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Diana an der Rezeption und Ekim, Customer Relation. Vielen Dank.
