"A wonderful experience which was very comfortable and made my holiday even better."

I really liked the bakery on the ground floor by reception. I enjoyed the gym facilities as well and the location was great. Just a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station.

"Underbar!"

Underbar personal! Jag skadade en tand och behövde akut tandvård när vi checkade in sent på en lördag eftermiddag. En fantastisk kvinna i receptionen bokade in mig direkt hos en tandläkare i närheten. Fantastiskt god frukost (omelett, frukt, ok kaffe ( även om jag helst vill ha starkare), fina grönsaker mm), även där var det mycket trevlig personal. Sköna sängar och lugnt trevligt område intill en fin park.

Allt var mycket bra, men värt att lyfta är att många hotellrum i Japan är små. :)

"Cool hotel, good location, bit pokey."

Great location. Not too close to the madness of Shinjuku but not too far away. Helpful staff and good breakfast in the restaurant. Dinner was a bit mid.

I get it’s Tokyo so I expect a small room but there was no wardrobe. We lived out if a suitcase for a week. Not the best.
