The rudest front of house I’ve ever experienced and also the dirtiest room maintenance in the same breath

Booked a few days at the titanic. Upon the first day of arrival they gave us a fruit basket and bottle of wine. Subsequently these were never changed out. Fruit went rotten and glasses and mugs were never changed. Reception calls to tell me I’ve got bills to pay, I say no problem but please note that housekeeping never properly cleaned. Reception lady then says to me oh do you are saying you won’t pay as if I’m looking for a free ride. They(TITANIC)advertised reformer Pilates, fly yoga and boxing…… GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF FIND IT. Receptionist of the night ma’am you take the cake for the rudest person as front of house.

Everything was perfect foods house keeping , entertainment I will come back and bilal was so good.

Amazing time,hired the cabanas at the beach and was great,special thanks to Mustafa who made our day extra special!

The food and service was fantastic. Bilal is a great host. If you stay at titanic you must try this.

Kouakou was our sports host and was very good. He did a great job at organising table tennis and football. Highly recommend

The Titanic Deluxe Lara really delivered for our holiday. We visited from 26th of March, until April 6th, so we had a mix of both winter and summer concept at the hotel. The staff and service was exceptional and we commented between ourselves that virtually any request we made to the staff was responded with 'yes, of course' - which we appreciated. We had a mix bag of weather, however, the hotel has so much to offer that the few days of rain did not negatively affect our holiday. The speciality restaurants were amazing, and our favourite was the Asian (Nori) restaurant - one of our kids can be picky, but tried and enjoyed the food also. as the numbers of people visiting the hotel increased, the seating at meal times and in the bars can be difficult on the evening, but this is down to the time of year and outdoor evening facilities not being available. The kids had a great time and did not want to come home. The aqua park opened earlier than usual this year (14th March), so we were please to arrive and the kids be able to enjoy the slides. From April 1st the summer concept starts - lots of extras appear from that date - Coffee shop, patisserie, Jacket potato shop, and afternoon DJ in the main square. I think we would all be pleased to visit the hotel again. Thank you Titanic Deluxe Lara team.

Good entertainment. Kids have the opportunity to go up and sing karaoke which is great. My daughter did it and she was absolutely buzzing after it

Excellent hotel. Pools have been heated to 28C, waterpark is one of the best! Modern rooms, great food. Lovely staff.
