Sara, at the cabanas, was incredible. Friendly, fun, and sweet with great service to boot! She made us feel welcome and help my wife, who only speaks, English to get by.

Beautiful hotel. We did room service instead of all inclusive. Excellent food. Hasta luego. <3 I recommend the Emporio, and while you’re here, I also recommend the Chichen Itza tour.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well maintained both the rooms and the overall resort were. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and inviting. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. The food was great with plenty of variety, and Pier 27 was a really nice touch — it was so convenient to have an on-site store for snacks, drinks, and essentials without having to leave the resort. One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending our days by the infinity pool. My daughters and I rented a cabana daily, and we were always greeted by Mercedes, who was such a joy to see each day. She was consistently happy, remembered our drink orders, and provided absolutely wonderful service. She made our pool days extra special. We also appreciated having room service as an option, especially on those relaxing nights when we wanted to stay in and unwind. The beach was beautiful and well kept, although I do wish there had been more seating available, as it could be difficult at times to find a spot. Overall, this resort offered a great balance of relaxation, comfort, and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back again. If you want, I can also make a slightly shorter version or adjust the tone to be more casual or more luxury-focused.

Great staff. Great beach. Good food Why in the world are the pools not heated? We had an amazing swim out room and it’s too cold to swim in. I talked to several employees and the common answer is the General Manager is aware of the multiple complaints but refuses to heat the pools. This is a deal killer for return customers. It makes zero cents. This is only reason I won’t stay here again.

The food here is high quality, very fresh and lots of choices, the stay here was perfect from service to rooms that is very clean . They extended our checkout as complimentary since our flight was delayed. The reception manager was very accommodating . The best was the Christmas party they held it was unbelievable from the show to the abundance of food!!!! above our expectations . Will definitely come back !! This was my second time staying at Hotel Emporio Cancun, and once again I had a great experience. The hotel is consistently comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming, which is why I chose to return. I especially want to recognize Ms. Sheidy (Shady), who truly went above and beyond. I had an issue with Expedia double-booking my reservation, and despite Expedia refusing to resolve it, Ms. Sheidy took ownership of the situation and worked diligently to help me. Thanks to her effort and professionalism, I was finally able to receive a refund for Expedia’s mistake. Her dedication and customer service made a stressful situation much easier. The breakfast buffet was another highlight — a great variety of options, including a fresh omelet station, which made mornings enjoyable and convenient. Lastly, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff. Every time I left the room and returned, it was spotless and sparkling clean, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay and excellent service. I would definitely recommend Hotel Emporio and would happily stay here again.

Marcos Lopez at the wet bar was great. He helped us with our drinks and is doing great with his English so we felt at home. His drink were perfect and helped with suggestions for our trip to Mexico

I highly recommend visiting the Legacy restaurant's bar, where you'll be served by the excellent bartenders Miguel and Alberto. They create a warm, inviting atmosphere, expertly craft creative drinks, share information about any upcoming events at the hotel, and simply provide guests with a positive experience and a good mood.

We had an amazing time at this wonderful resort! Enrique, Sheydi and Pedro were especially awesome with their kindness and sparkling personalities! ✨ Clean rooms, beautiful beach and just overall fantastic!
