Meliá Athens

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed swimming in the roof top pool. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food.

The curtains in the bedroom could be difficult to close. There could be more pool beds and umbrellas.

Great hotel in a superb location. We could walk everywhere.

I had a lovely stay at the Meliá Athens. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre, making it a convenient base for exploring Athens. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and the weather was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. On the same floor, there is a spa with an excellent steam room and sauna, both wonderfully hot and relaxing. There is also a basic gym. As I had already visited most of Athens’ main sights on previous trips, the hotel was the perfect place to unwind and catch up with a friend who lives nearby. I booked a Sparta massage in the spa and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. It was so relaxing and restorative that I actually fell asleep. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely book another massage when I return. Although I didn’t eat at the hotel, as I met a friend for dinner and missed breakfast, the menu looked appealing. The hotel was spotless throughout my stay, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would happily stay here again.

Zu eng, Kaffeemaschine funktionierte schlecht, Brotauswahl zu klein, kaum Obst, zu wenig Personal und wenig kooperativer Leiter, der seine Leute nicht unterstützt hat.
