Swandor Hotels & Resort Topkapi Palace - All Inclusive

We stayed at the hotel with our family and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the entire resort was pleasant and welcoming. What impressed us the most was the food – there was a wide variety of dishes, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was very well prepared. We especially appreciated the selection available at each meal and that there was something for everyone. We are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The only disappointing part of our stay was our experience with the staff at the spa and the shop near the entrance. We found them to be less welcoming and helpful than the rest of the hotel staff, which did not reflect the otherwise high standard of service throughout the resort. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Essen ist von der Auswahl her sowie vom Geschmack wirklich super. Hier gibt es für jeden was. Die täglichen Programme/ Events waren vielfältig und unterhaltsam. Es gab immer an einer Bar was zu trinken. Beach ist sauber und schön.

Es gibt kein Personal oder kein Dokument, dass dem Gast die große Hotelanlage erklärt. Die Anlage ist riesig. Man ruft an der Rezeption an- kein Mensch zz erreichen. Im Restaurant wartet man auf Bedienung, damit man Getränke bestellen kann. Weil das jedoch so lange dauert, holen sich die Gäste die Getränke dann selber. Auch auf Besteck warten dauert eine Ewigkeit.
