Riu Palace Las Americas - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Everything was exceptional. Good food and good service. Great pools and facilities. During the booking process I enquired about their selection of whiskies and was not overly excited about the lack of Irish whiskey options such as Jameson. After a brief interaction with the hotel they arranged for the preferred whiskey to be available for my stay. Exceptional!

I found that some waiters at the restaurants try to rush the orders forcing you to order starter main everything within 5 minutes of sitting down. I am not going to Cancun to have a McDonalds fast food experience. The supervisor managed the issue well though.

The property was just spectacular

I didn’t like the king size beds that were two full-size beds put together

My family had a fabulous time. We’re coming back in a month.

Pequeno almoço excelente. A disponibilidade e simpatia de todo o staff. A oferta de restauração também é diversificada e de qualidade.

Desejável algumas melhorias nos corredores de acesso aos quartos nos quais é perceptível um odor a humidade. A alcatifa não ajuda.

The location. was perfect. The staff was very professional and on point. Whenever you needed something. The staff always goes above and beyond to make it happen. It could be helping book an excursions or just something as small as bringing an extra bottle of water to your room. Always service with a smile. Great place to vacation. Great job Riu. See you next year.

The beach was over run with seaweed and watching the workers continuously try to pick it up by hand was heart felt. Maybe in the future Riu can invest in a heavy pice of machinery to combat the process. Never enjoyed the beach while at the Riu. But had an awesome time still. Thanks Riu..
