"I’d definitely stay there again, but wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues."

The location, the staff, the room size and furnishings

The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was my room’s location. It was on the 4th floor in the back. There was only a lift to the 3rd floor, then it was quite a walk to my room, and the walk required many stairs. Everything else was fabulous!!

We loved the hotel in general. Great location, right at the center of action. The room was extra clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the breakfast service and assortment of breakfast options. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay more than pleasant and enjoyable

"Served a purpose but sad room. Disappointed"

Room was so small. Was like Harry potters bedroom. Bathroom was lovely however. Stairs up and down to the room even after getting the the lift. So inconvenient for a pram. Good location but won’t be back due to poor poor room. Door man was lovely
