"Never again!!!"

Cold room service busy. Hot room. Woke up in middle of night. Feeling suffocated in the room. No update on requests of fan. "Gone Russian Service!!!"

In this Hotel the staff at the front desk are rude, and like to lie about giving you upgrades. Stating that all rooms are booked in-fact it was not. I had to ask to speak with manger to get my benefits awarded to me.

"Reasonable price, good service and perfect location"

Sauna, hammam and swimming pool included. Delicious breakfast. Rooms and public areas are clean, big shopping area on the ground floor. Parking site available at territory. Friendly personnel and good owerall impression.

"Its just a normal hotel not five star"

The location is good, facilities like Gym Sauna, Swimming pool was really good. Breakfast is not so good as compare to other Radisson Hotel. Superior room was smaller and bed was not comfortable at all. There is no noise cancellation, you can hear your neighbors. I asked for change my room but receptionist was quite rude and said there is no room available and we cant change your room for 1 day. Overall its an average hotel.

good hotel very reliable for last minute good location .we are not allowed to use credit or debt cards because of silly sanctions the west has put on Russia .its one of the few quality hotels that you can still book without debt card

"DO NOT GO!!"

They do not grand the golden discount, there is no microwave, they will not heat up food for you and they will not give you a fork, the place smells like a wet dog and the furniture is stained, I almost tore my thumb with the bathroom drain and when I asked to get it fixed. Still waiting 3 days for it. THE WORST!!!

Solid hotel somewhat in the Soviet style, but adapted for modernity as far as possible (USB ports added, for example). Very good for the price, and the way I saw the staff deal with the challenging conditions that come with these strange times was exemplary.
