Rooms are nice, place is clean.

Too expensive, staff is very slow, I waited in line a whole hour then after it was my turn it took a little bit, then I had to wait a whole hour and half to get my room because it wasnโ€™t clean. I had reserve on advance and the security couldnโ€™t find me on the list. A lot of things that used to be included when you got a room are not included you have to pay extra for it, which it doesnโ€™t make sense. In your fees now you have to pay for parking lot why? This place is not what is used to be once it changed owners the guy is very greedy, trying to squeeze every penny when everything was included if you pay for a room.
