Checkin toomuch delay, luggage we have to carry to room and return back by self during checkout due to manpower shortage

Beautiful building in great location

Worst wifi I've ever experienced. Called multiple times about it and they said they only have one modem for the entire hotel and when it's busy the wifi is unusable. That's something that should easily be fixed.

Clean great views staff in the 19th floor club room very nice

Reception staff and the fact that despite booking at what I thought was a guaranteed price circa Hk$1000 was added to the price from when I booked. The queue to check in was lengthy at b7sy time you need at least 8 to 10 staff manning the check in and someone helping at the self check in kiosks.

We have, Overall, used the facilities in the Harbour Club. Afternoon tea Drinks late afternoon. And experienced very attentive and very friendly service and assistance by firstly Tiffanny and Pat and Andy. If you have the possibility – then Harbor Club rooms are definitely worth to book…. The best recommendations from here…………..

Our stay at Harbour Grand Kowloon was unfortunately one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had in recent years. Upon arriving around 1:00 PM, we were greeted by an extremely long check-in queue of approximately 50 people. After leaving for nearly 45 minutes and returning, the line had barely moved. My wife ultimately spent over 30 minutes standing in the queue before we could check in. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of hospitality during this process. We saw exhausted children sleeping on lobby sofas after long journeys, only to be asked by security to get up. Despite the large crowd and lengthy wait times, no complimentary drinking water was offered to guests. The lobby was crowded, warm, and uncomfortable. The disappointment continued in the room. Not even a small complimentary bottle of water was provided. When we called reception, we were told that water could be purchased for HK$5 per 250 ml bottle. Instead, I went to a nearby supermarket and bought a 6-litre pack for HK$16. WiFi is slow, water pressure is low and TV had snow ( grains) The room itself was basic and did not feel consistent with the expectations one has from a hotel of this category. We also chose not to take breakfast as the pricing did not represent good value. While the hotel’s location is convenient, the overall guest experience, service standards, and attention to basic hospitality left much to be desired. Based on our stay, I can only rate this hotel 1 out of 5 stars.

The hotel has a very good location facing the Hong Kong harbour and is 10 mins away from central Hongkong (Mong kok, Causeaway bay etc), highly recommend anyone considering staying there. The breakfast was decent Ask for Harbour view room The staff are very courteous and helpful Overall good experience and worth a praise.
