Hotel Klarinn

Everything about this hotel was excellent except for one issue. In the evening, I was given an electric kettle so I could make tea or coffee. A deposit equivalent to $20 was required for this service. Since I only had a $100 bill, I left it as a deposit and received a receipt. The next morning, I had to leave early for the airport. However, I discovered that the front desk employee did not arrive until 10:00 a.m. I had to wait anxiously until then to get my deposit back. I believe the hotel management should address this issue. Many guests need to check out early in the morning, and the return of a deposit should not depend on the arrival time of a staff member. Only the location was good when we compare to anything.

The staff (Sebastian) was very arrogant and was making excuse of not being able to provide the services stating I felt the same when I was in India, First of all his personal visit to India is not at all related to us and If he is the receptionist then he should know to listen and address customer grievances. Secondly the breakfast was provided in the room stating our kitchen is under maintenance and for 30EUR breakfast they gave one banana, One apple and one Yogurt.

Dakujeme za super ubytovanie, izba bola krasna aj čista ... toho som sa bala kvoli recenziam asi najviac! Ale naozaj kupelna pekna velka cista aj izba bola cista !! Jedine čoo by bolo fajn keby niekto utrel prach z obrazov nad postelami to je jedine minus lebo tam bolo ozaj dost prachu.. inak nic vsetko super.. hotel je na super mieste vsadr je blizko co nam aj bez auta vyhovovalo takze odporucame velmi .. dakujeme hotel Klarinn❤️

Iba ten prach na obraze bol strasne vidiet a nevyzera to naozaj dobre inak vsetko super 🫶
