"Relación precio calidad: elevado."

Lo mejor: la atención del personal muy amables, reposeras muy cómodas, muy limpio todo, la vista desde la habitación. El café sole, muy ricos sus helados y atención.

No me gustó: buffet muy pobre, nunca comimos guacamole, ni carne de vacuno a la plancha, no era algo que había como en otros hoteles. Restaurantes temáticos todos cerrados salvo el Andiamo. Otro restaurante de carnes había q pagar. Camas matrimoniales muy pequeñas, 2 adultos duermen incómodos. No hay bares para irse a tomar algo en la noche, solo 1 que no nos quisieron dejar entrar a mirar porque estábamos con nuestros niños.

"Très bon séjour entre filles, l’hôtel est bien. Pour tout ce qui est activité festive, il faudra aller dans d’autres bar"

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, les repas

Impossible de nager dans la mer à cause des sargasses. Les activités nocturnes doivent être revues: les show du soir, l’animation du dj. Les cocktails ne sont pas terribles.

Quarto bonito e grande, vista maravilhosa, restaurante exclusivo para área adults only é muito bom

Estrutura pequena, área de adultos é muito próxima da que tem crianças, piscina sempre lotada. Praia com cheiro de gordura do snack bar. Restaurantes com qualidade média

"Everything was great besides the sofa bed situation."

It was very clean employees very polite and welcoming.

We had a room with a sofa bed and we couldn’t set it right it was tilted, the feet end was quite a bit lower than the than headboard called some but they said that that’s how it was supposed to be.

I loved the atmosphere, the staff help me with my Spanish and were so polite and accommodating. Loved the food and amenities.

I wish I knew about the app before arrival. Unfortunately it would not download once I was there and I missed out on what could have been possible. I was once referred to the app when attempting room service, fortunately the fantastic butler helped me.
