Hotel Mirabell by Maier Privathotels

Very good choice, very clean and the staff very helpful. 10 minutes walk from the historic center!!!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Mirabell. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were good, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The location is very central, which made it easy to get around, and overall we could not have asked for much more. The hotel is branded as a sustainability-focused hotel, which is a great initiative. That said, as a Geography prof, it did make me reflect a little on where the line sits between genuine sustainability and simple cost-cutting. For example, basic housekeeping such as sweeping the room and emptying bins does not seem inherently unsustainable, and some energy-saving measures, like manually switching off lights, could perhaps be improved with motion sensors. These are more observations than criticisms, but in the wider discussion around sustainability and greenwashing, they are interesting points to consider. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

In the city centre, 3 minutes walk from the train station ,10 minutes walk from the marienplatz. Very clean,good breakfast and everything was perfect!!!!

Mirabell provides a lovely stay in an optimal location to the Hbf, restaurants and a lively neighborhood. The complimentary drink, coffee and water are a plus! Lovely breakfast service too!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the breakfast was very good, as were all the amenities. Very close to the metro station and tourist attractions.

We were moderately satisfied about the hotel. Perfect location but in shabby surroudings. Very close to Hauptbahnhof, trams, busses, metro etc. Rooms not to big, but efficient and functional. Bathroom pretty small and shower in bath is not convenient for elderly people. Airco for ventilation and climatization pretty noisy. Breakfast pretty expensive (better tot go to Backwerk around the corner). Price-quality balance is moderate.

We were in town for Oktoberfest, so the room was expensive, but it was near our friends who were staying at a REALLY expensive hotel. We chose it based on location. The rooms are really small, but had all the amenities we needed. Clean comfortable bed, necessary bathroom facilities, everything was just fine. When we arrived and saw the business of the neighborhood, and knowing it was Oktoberfest, we thought we might have a lot of noise that would interfere with sleeping, but we did not. Our room looked out on a courtyard and that made all the difference. The staff were helpful. We parked there and that was quite the adventure. The spaces are underground and tight! It all worked out and we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great shawarma just down the street!

Clean, comfortable, close to train-small but serviceable rooms. Good breakfast, note: there are some steps to get to elevator and breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
