Great location and customer service, clean.

Location

A male worker wouldn't stop taking pictures of the adolescent girls that were swimming at the pool. We confronted him and also told the front desk but nothing was done. Also when we walked around our room with white socks on or barefoot our feet turned black. I asked if housekeeping could mop the floors but even after she the mopping it still happened. The loud partying towards the back of the property was nonstop. We normally stay towards the front of the property and have no issues but this time they put us in the back and it was horrible.

Het schoonmaak karretje hele dag voor het raam, wij zaten opde hoek er daardoor geen privacy als gordijnen open waren, graag Ivo het raam Plakken zodat niet mensen naar binnen kunnen kijken

I like that it is within 15 mins of Disney and universal parks. Old town and Fun Spot are literally within a min walking distance. The staff are very friendly and kind. Victor at the front desk was super nice and friendly helped us get checked in and accommodated our request to be closer to old town. He is amazing!

There was nothing I didn’t like.
